Product Overview of Washing Machine
The equipment is mainly used for washing of vial bottle in pharmaceutical factory.
The bulk of the bottles get into ultrasonic washing tank through unscramble bottle inclined mesh belt. Separate the bottles one by one through packing auger and sent to lifting starwheel. Then the bottle is transferred to a high level by AISI 304 stainless steel manipulator and clamped.
Turn over 180° to make the bottle down and proceed cleaning technique of three water and three gas of inner wall, one water and one gas of outer wall. Finally the dry bottle overturn bottleneck that is upwards and carry out further drying and sterilization by dialing the bottle to oven.

Feature of Washing Machine
1. Enter the bottle through the feeding net belt with 20° angle of inclination.
2. The bottle is filled with water after spraying plate. Then carry out the ultrasonic pretreatment washing and the ultrasonic power is adjustable.Special design of M movable block. It can increase the rate of entering bottle and avoid the bottle don't move if no entry screw.
3. Entering bottle auger separate vial bottle isometric and send to raise cage. Entering bottle auger adopts imported POM material and embedded stainless steel integral shaft. It resist shock and no deformation, overcome the shortcomings of the traditional auger is deformity easily in the hot water.
4. Raige cage rotate a week and send to the manipulator of cleaning system. Large diameter lifting cage's speed is lower than small diameter lifting cage in the same production conditions. Parts wear is small, the service life is prolonged.
